Scottish Stargate Report - Easter 2006

Scottish Report on ‘Stargate’  Edinburgh. Easter 2006

Further to the incredible sightings and footage taken by Jackie Gillies to be viewed at http://www.LSUFOS.com  and analysed at

http://www.offtheplanet.blogspot.com  there are more stories of the Roslin area coming out.

The story of the black dog of Roslin glen a gypsy legend from the Middle Ages got my attention, a Black Prowling dog with red eyes taking sheep and cattle. That seemed mythical until then I heard the story from Garry Woods abductee and researcher who questioned 3 tradesmen at Loanhead who were chased from the industrial estate one night by a furry humanoid fiend that was on top of the roof. They thought it was the night watchman but it jumped off the warehouse roof down into the yard and started towards them – they reversed out at high speed - these men lost their jobs ...

Then I saw the Proceedings of the Royal Society of Antiquaries where round about Borthwick castle there was discovered a stone made chamber underground full of gnawed bones - and a similar one further down the esk river valley at the town of  Dalkeith ... then I heard that one of Jackies mates had discovered a stone chamber near Borthwick full of bones .....

Approximately 1 mile North East of Borthwick Castle is a little valley the locals call ‘dinosaur valley’ because there are so many big chewed bones lying about covered in teeth marks …

The society of antiquaries finds were in the 1920'/30’s - but these guys seem to be breeding today - and all the sightings are on the river Esk that flows past Roslin.

Near Roslin Chapel and Castle, connected by a tunnel system through the Elvish caverns of Cousland and Goblin Halls is Crichton castle and Church.

Crichton Castle is reputed to be haunted by a Blue Lady but is also a possible entrance to the Elvish underworld under Midlothian District of Edinburgh.

One night of the full moon at the summer solstice, three locals from Gorebridge had decided to go to Crichton Chapel graveyard to practice Wicca. Whilst they were sitting there – and at the stroke of midnight, a long line of ladies and gentlemen all dressed in black evening suits and dresses started to file past up the pathway to the Castle.

The faerie parades of the Lothians and Borders are in the legends and traditions of the day e.g. tam Linn or Thomas the Rhymer – usually faerie Knights and Damsels on horse in those times – but the black evening wear brings that tradition right up to date. It is possible that the three humans in the graveyard got the biggest surprise ever when they discovered no parked cars or coaches.

It could be that the Blue Lady of Crichton castle is just a device to keep humans away at night …

Speaking of devices – not so far away is the village of Eddleston and in the local field, a gypsy told me that when you approach the fence, an ET drone comes across the field to check you out. I went there but didn’t see it – and I filed it away until I heard this local story of the 2 men out walking and one says to the other lets go into this field and watch what happens – now when we get to there .. he walks forward – keep your eyes on the forest and hilltop … then suddenly a harrier jumpjet lifts off above the trees. His friend was startled – but he said – now just step back to here … and the harrier jet sinks down into the forest again … now step forward … and the harrier rises above the trees again – good game ?

Then there is the story of the local gamekeeper who has to steer clear of a local hill and woods almost every night because of the light above the trees – and who saw a long line of monks in black robes near the Templar Village of Temple.

Clearly there is something going on in Midlothian – Stargate Edinburgh and that the ETs have been here for rather a long time.
